General Admission Procedures (to First Year)

Requirements and Prerequisites:

1. Submission of Certified True Copy of recent F138 (Report Card)
   1. Grade 6 Applicants (schools without Grade 7) - average of 85% with no grade below 80%
   2. Grade 7 Applicants - average of 82% with no grade below 80%
   3. Deportment average of 85% or B
      
      
2. 3 recent colored ID pictures (1" x 1")
   
   
3. Recommendation letter from the applicant's principal (It must be indicated that the applicant is graduating from elementary course.)
   
   
4. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
   
   
5. Payment of testing and registration fees (Php 500.00)
   
   
6. For Expatriates - Submission of Study Permit/Verified Xerox Copy of ACR

Special Notes:

1. If grades are not in numerical system (e.g. B), have them translated for accurate evaluation (e.g. B=85%).
2. Those who do not meet the above requirements need not apply.
